‘The Chandelier Tree’|A styled shoot by The Pretty Pineapple
Back in May, we featured an absolutely stunning styled shoot from Wedding and Event Planners, The Pretty Pineapple. Well, we’re thrilled to say that once again, The Pretty Pineapple have completely wowed us with their latest shoot, based upon the idea of an art installation called ‘The Chandelier Tree’. This enchanting shoot, which once again saw these relatively new event planners team up with photographer Joem Aldea, features gorgeous hues of pink and purple, giving off a natural, yet at the same time almost regal vibe. Featuring many of our Bride Club ME vendors, such as Vanila Wedding Boutique, MHG beauty and Firenze Flora, this shoot showcases the abundance of talent in the UAE wedding industry, whilst at the same time transporting you to another place far, far away.
The concept of ‘The Chandelier Tree’ is certainly an interesting one that could easily be incorporated into your own wedding, taking it a step further from the rustic theme. In addition, we absolutely adore the table set up, which adds a whimsical, magical feel whilst still retaining glamour. Below, Jessica Lee, Creative Director and Founder of The Pretty Pineapple, tells us more about what inspired the shoot and how it all came together.
A Note from the Creative Director
With summer knocking on our door, we were eager to do a shoot outdoors and enjoy the final days of the beautiful Dubai spring weather. Our inspiration for the shoot came from an art installation called ‘The Chandelier Tree’, that we had recently stumbled across and fallen in love with, in Los Angeles.
Within this styled shoot we aimed to create a setting that was both elegant and organic. An incredibly talented group of vendors came together to bring our vision to life and the photos by Joem Aldea Photography captured the essence of the shoot perfectly. The floral design by Firenze Flora simply blew us away; the arrangements beautifully reflected our chosen colour palette, with soft soothing lavenders, off whites and dusty pinks. Our favourite part…the mini bouquets that were placed on each table setting…. how cute are these?
