Right from the initial consultation, all throughout the registry process and redemption, they have been so professional, wonderful and helpful. I think this one of a kind service in Dubai is impeccable and a fantastic resource. Thank you for making our wedding joys abound!

    We got married just before moving to Abu Dhabi. We didn’t want to have to organise a shipment and mylist provided the perfect remedy. The website was easy for our guests to use and we enjoyed selecting the things we thought we would need. The vouchers have meant that we have the freedom to change our mind about what we want, which is handy considering that we now need to buy lots of baby things! The staff have been so helpful and have provided the perfect service. I would recommend mylist to anyone.

    I first heard of mylist from 3 of my friends, brides at the time, who had their registries with you. Once my husband and I had decided to get married in Dubai, they all recommended I do a registry with mylist, saying you had excellent service and good variety to choose from. So I signed up and a representative called me and explained to me how it works and offered to help with anything I need. And I remember thinking she was really nice.. see when you are a bride planning for a wedding any one who tries to make your life easier becomes a saint in your eyes as you are under so much stress and everything is chaotic!

    Then when it came to picking out giveaways, i was having a very hard time finding something both useful and pretty, but also in line with our theme. I had looked on a few accounts on Instagram, but was weary of the amount needed and shipping and whether they were reliable or not. I did find something I liked on Instagram, but again, I wasn’t feeling comfortable.

    My wedding stylist Joelle put me in touch with mylist for giveaways (I had already started working on my registry by then) and to my great surprise, they had the exact same giveaway I wanted to order from Instagram!! So yes, that was an incredible coincidence, even a miracle/wish come true! So I got exactly what I wanted and I was completely rest assured! And I should also mention here that we were a bit pressed for time, and mylist was so cooperating and understanding. Honestly I’ve never had such good customer service and trust me we faced so many difficulties during setting up for the wedding with various vendors, so you took off a huge stress from us and made our life easier.

    More guests ended up coming than expected and so we used the giveaways that were meant for mine and my husband’s immediate family to cover the deficit. We got in touch again to ask for more of these giveaways and we received them within a week.

    And then “wishes come” true extended past the wedding by a year! We planned a trip to dubai to use the vouchers from our gift registry. We were about to go shopping and I picked up the vouchers and.. they had expired the week before! I had mixed up the dates! Needless to say I was extremely upset. And all we did was send a message to mylist explaining what happened and the next day I received an email saying it had been extended for a year, simple no questions asked. It really made my day, the same feeling again of appreciation and gratitude 🙂

    It really makes a difference to work with someone who is accommodating, easy to work with and understanding of the stress you are going through. I find a lot of vendors/ companies add more stress when they are meant to make things easier for you, but Mylist was amazing to work with and they even acknowledge that mistakes happen (like me and the expiry date). Its so refreshing to work with a company that isn’t solely money driven but cares about their customers’ happiness and satisfaction.. so thank you a million times for being so wonderful and so helpful from the beginning!
