The QE2’s event spaces can cater from 50 guests up to 500 for engagement ceremonies and wedding receptions. The indoor ballroom, the Queens Room, can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests seated with a dancefloor or 270 without. The Pavilion Deck can accommodate up to 180 guests with a space for a stage and dancefloor. QE2’s existing outlets - Yacht Club and Queens Grill - can accommodate between 100 and 300 guests for a private wedding reception. In 2019, the outer and top deck spaces of the ship can accommodate an event for up to 1000 people in a truly unique setting.
