Our journey began while planning my own wedding in 2011. Over 20 months, I travelled extensively, curated every detail, and discovered a deep passion for planning, design, and storytelling. That experience became the foundation of what is now Events by Christina.

It’s about having structure, guidance, and a seamless experience from start to finish. Another misconception is that planners focus only on décor, when in fact we manage logistics, timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and the entire planning process.

My advice to couples is simple, choose your planner wisely. Beyond experience, trust and connection are key. Your planner will be part of your everyday journey leading up to the wedding, so that relationship truly matters. Many couples underestimate the complexity of planning a wedding. Behind every beautiful celebration is a carefully structured process, and our role is to manage that seamlessly so couples can enjoy the experience.

In the current climate, we have adapted by focusing on more personalised, experience-driven weddings, including destination celebrations, while offering flexible planning solutions tailored to each couple.

One wedding that will always stay with me was our first cross-cultural celebration, where the bride was Japanese and the groom Syrian. Blending two cultures, traditions, and styles was both challenging and incredibly rewarding, resulting in a truly meaningful and unforgettable celebration.”
