Dish, the renowned catering and events company, will be showcasing a brand new menu this Ramadan inspired by flavors of the Middle East. ‘Ramadan Nights by Dish’, a pop-up restaurant in Al Quoz’s Warehouse Four, is offering an intimate Iftar experience in an idyllic setting that is perfect for couples looking for an Iftar with a twist. The meal begins on a light note with specially-crafted starters including sweet potato and red lentil soup, zataar and preserved lemon hummus with Arabic and cumin toasted flat breads.
