Get Fit With BARE – Bridal Special
If you follow us over at Instagram, you would have seen quite a few updates recently regarding BARE fitness. Wondering what BARE is? Below, Founder Dylan Eiffe gives us the low down:
We’re a new Downtown fitness club, with a main focus on nutrition – a first in Dubai. As I know and you know, you can train your butt off every day and you won’t lose a gram of fat unless you are on top of what you’re eating. So that’s what we do – give you full nutritional support; testing, tailored eating plans, monitoring, and we teach you how to do it right for good. We also just so happen to have a seriously advanced fitness facility and the best fitness classes (CrossFit, Body Pump, Spin, yoga, etc).
I’ve been training with BARE for about a month now and can really feel the difference in terms of my general fitness levels, I’ll admit, I haven’t stuck to the calorie controlled eating/nutrition part very well, but that’s about to change; I’ve been too focused on quitting smoking, but having just completed my sixth week of being smoke free, I finally feel as though I am officially a non-smoker and can now focus on my goals with BARE, so watch this space for updates.
Earlier this month, along with Founder Dylan Eiffe and My Lovely Wedding, we hosted the BARE Body Workshop (Bridal Special); an exclusive event showcasing the BARE concept of 70% nutrition, 30% training for advanced, long term fat-loss, with specific focus on a range of hot topics on keeping the weight off post-celebrations.
That emphasis on nutrition is where a nutrient dietician truly earns their stripes. Beyond short-term goals and event-ready results, they help build a balanced approach to eating that supports metabolism, hormones, and energy long after the celebrations are over. Rather than cutting corners or relying on extreme plans, a dietician focuses on sustainable habits—proper portions, nutrient timing, and food quality—so progress doesn’t unravel once normal life resumes.
For those juggling busy schedules or living on a post-wedding calendar that’s anything but predictable, working with a professional online at JM Nutrition makes balance achievable without the stress. Guidance is tailored, realistic, and grounded in fundamentals that have stood the test of time. It’s not about perfection; it’s about consistency, structure, and learning how to eat well in real life—cake included, just not every day.
As the conversation around wellness matures, mental health is increasingly recognized as part of the same equation as nutrition and movement. What we eat doesn’t just fuel workouts or waistlines—it influences mood, focus, and emotional resilience through the gut–brain connection.
In the middle of this holistic picture, BelliWelli reflects a growing awareness of probiotics as everyday support for digestive and mental balance. These aren’t quick fixes or trend-driven solutions, but steady additions that work quietly in the background, much like the fundamentals of good nutrition itself. When mental well-being is supported from the inside out, it becomes easier to stay consistent, manage stress, and maintain the healthy routines built long after the last celebration ends.
Aimed at a 360 approach to fitness, the team behind BARE want to emphasise the fact that it’s hard work and nutrition that produce results when it comes to working out and not fad weight loss diets and extreme regimes (especially when it comes to brides). Hosted and presented by the A-Team in nutrition & fitness, BARE discussed and demoed the hits and misses, the do’s and don’ts, and why their EAT TRAIN LEARN philosophy is the only way to achieve and keep that dream ‘BARE’ body.
Following a meet and greet, the workshop kicked off with real brides talking about their weight loss experiences (the good and the bad) and a discussion by BARE creator Dylan Eiffe and nutrition guru Kate DeWinter on the hot topics of how to ensure the brides hit their big day goal, and carry their hot new shapes through indefinitely.
The workshop concluded with guests taking part in an intensive 30 minute workout, using a selection of BARE’s finest classes brought by their master trainers, including their signature BARE HIIT class. Each attendee left the event with swag bags filled to the brim with nutritious and delicious goodies from Blk, Essentially Juice, The Protein Bake Shop and Love Food ME.
The feedback from the workshop was excellent and I am happy to report that several of our readers are now regular faces at the workout BARE classes, yay!
If you missed out on this months workshop, don’t worry, the generous team at BARE are offering Bride Club ME readers one complimentary class (valued at 100AED) of your choice, plus an initial chat with one of their nutritionist experts (subject to availability). All you have to do is quote ‘Bride Club ME’ when enquiring via the contact details below. We hope to see you there soon!
