Get to know the wedding pro!
Every week, we shine the spotlight on our Bride Club ME vendor club members, allowing our readers to get up close and personal with some of the best wedding vendors in town. Here, you can learn more about the people behind some of the businesses you may hire to help make your wedding day go without a hitch!
This week, we have the privilege of showcasing Eleonore Camaret, founder and designer at Alouane. Eleonore provides us with exclusive insight into the stationery and design company Alouane and shares with us what she loves most about her job.
How long has Alouane been established and what makes your company and wedding stationery different?
Alouane has been established for nearly two years and was launched when I was expecting my first baby. My company and services are special because we ensure we meet each locally based client face to face and cater to their specific needs. We try to understand the client’s needs as much as possible, catering to every detail. Each client gets personalised, professional treatment. Their happiness is our goal!
What do you love most about your work?
I love meeting new clients. It’s fabulous to see how unique each couple within the wedding community is. I love to be creatively challenged.
Do you have any exciting business plans in the pipeline for Alouane?
We are working to expand our company one day at a time. It’s been a very good year and we hope this continues.
Describe the experience a bride-to-be will have when hiring your services?
Firstly, when a bride-to-be contacts us, we arrange a face-to-face meeting in which we discuss the wedding theme and colours, what the bride and groom like, their passions and so on. I try to find out as much as possible about the client and who they are before proceeding with the design process. After our meeting, I send them a quotation/proposal and, once this is approved, I start the design.
During a second meeting, I show them samples of designs and ideas. The design is only complete when I am 100 per cent sure the client is happy. I have my own professional printer supplier, and all the printing is done via him. Once this is complete, we deliver directly to the client.
From your perspective, what do you think are the latest trends in wedding stationery?
For me, there are no “trends” because each client is unique, and has their own taste. I take my inspiration from life in general. Colours, shapes, themes, art, nature, the mall, magazines and so on … Inspiration is everywhere! E-Save the dates are very poplualr however, especially with the expat bridal community.
If you could give one piece of advice to brides-to-be, what would it be?
Enjoy every moment, be patient and don’t stress!
Lastly, why did you choose to list with www.brideclubme.com?
Because Bride Club ME is a reputable community of people who share ideas, news, and wedding trends, and helps to make each wedding as special as each couple.
