Dubai’s vibrant wedding and events community gathered in true spooky-chic style for The Chic Reveal: Spooktacular Soirée, an immersive Halloween-inspired networking night and venue reveal that flawlessly combined glamour, creativity, and connection.

Co-curated by Eventchic Designs and Rhiannon Downie-Hurst Consulting, the soirée marked the official unveiling of The Eventchic Designs Ballroom, one of Dubai’s newest and most dynamic event spaces. Nestled in the heart of Al Quoz, the ballroom has been designed to inspire collaboration and ignite creativity among wedding planners, event professionals, and creative brands across the UAE.

From hauntingly beautiful décor to captivating live performances, every element of the night reflected the artistry and teamwork that define Dubai’s thriving wedding and events scene.

 An Unforgettable Reveal

Guests were welcomed into an atmosphere dripping with dark elegance, ethereal harp melodies, ambient lighting, and tarot card readings set the tone for a night of discovery and magic.

The grand reveal of The Eventchic Designs Ballroom was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing its versatility for everything from intimate soirées to large-scale productions.

The evening was flawlessly hosted by Darryl Rees, with performances by Live Function Entertainment, DJ Moochi, and illusionist Alex Magu, transforming the energy from mysterious to electric as the night unfolded.

A Celebration of Collaboration

The Chic Reveal highlighted the best of Dubai’s creative event talent, offering an inspiring showcase of partnerships and artistry.

Guests indulged in gourmet catering by CCI Dubai, bespoke bar experiences by Go Bar UAE, and decadent desserts courtesy of Nelly’s Cakes and Gelato Del Mar.

The space was transformed through chic styling by Eventchic Designs, complemented by Dahlia Paper Florals, Luxe Wix Candles Dubai, and Art for Art Dubai. Technical production was expertly managed by Soundkraft AV, with event branding and wrapping by Mint Wraps, adding the perfect finishing touch.

Goldfish Photography & Video and Lamhaas Captured beautifully documented the evening’s highlights, ensuring every moment was preserved in timeless detail.

Guests arrived VIP-style, greeted by Poised Valet Services, while personalised calligraphy giveaways from Studio N Calligraphy added a thoughtful keepsake touch.

Best Dressed & Creative Social Highlights

The night brought an element of fun and flair with two themed competitions, Best Dressed and Most Creative Social Media Post. Attendees showcased their individuality and content creation skills, turning the soirée into a celebration of fashion and creativity within the wedding industry.
