Team Bride Club ME go behind the scenes (May Events)
Written by Adam Hurst on June 3, 2013.
Hello brides to-be.
May has been quiet on the events front, which is just as well because this month has been busy enough for Team Bride Club ME. We do try to attend as many as possible to bring you the latest updates in the industry, and of course to tell people about our wonderful website. See below for the latest on what we were up to last month.
The Polo & Equestrian Club Wedding Showcase:
Team Bride Club ME attended the Polo and Equestrian Club wedding showcase event and had our stand set up as media partners. The venue looked gorgeous with various supplier set ups, including decor from the lovely wedding planners Fabulous day events. The aim of the event was to showcase the gorgeous outdoor terrace of the venue to engaged couples and wedding planners.
Team Bride Club ME enjoyed a balmy evening amidst beautiful surroundings, nibbling on cupcakes and sipping champagne, networking with vendors and engaged couples. Also joining Team Bride Club ME as a media partner was event stylist/blogger Joelle from ‘My Lovely Wedding’ who showcased her pretty styling services displayed on a beautifully set out table. Over all the event was a success, and we would highly recommend any brides looking for a venue to check the Polo and Equestrian Club out.
Bride Club ME review the TWG tea salon at the Dubai Mall:
Bride Club ME photographer Alice Hartley and myself were invited to sample the TWG tea range at their salon in the Dubai Mall, in particular the ‘Wedding Tea’. What a lovely morning we had, catching up and being treated to some of the finest teas in the world, see our full review here.
Focus Group session at the Card Co Dubai:
Bride Club ME were invited as special guests to an afternoon tea focus group on Couture Handmade Invitation Wedding Cards at the Card Co Dubai. We were offered tea and cake, whilst Card Co representatives asked us to fill out a focus group questionnaire. We then got in to an in-depth discussion about wedding stationery and how brides and grooms perceive this part of their planning, what they look for, cost, and so on.
It’s nice to see a company conducting market research and really trying to understand the mindset of their potential client base. The Card Co.’s showroom is also gorgeous and oh so pretty. We were in our element surrounded by beautifully crafted invitations, wedding guest books, place cards and more.
Don’t forget to log back in at the end of June for our monthly round up of all the latest events in the bridal industry. If you would like Team Bride Club ME to attend and cover your event, feel free to email us at [email protected].
