Vendors navigated flooded roads, suppliers adjusted schedules, and planning teams worked tirelessly behind the scenes to rebuild the celebration piece by piece.

Centrepieces, candles, and table settings were only completed shortly before dinner service began, with team members literally holding décor elements in place as gusts of wind threatened to carry them away.
