Intimate Wedding At The Al Qasr Beach Platform

Today’s real wedding was sent in by the team over at The Studio and focuses less on the “details” and more on the sheer happiness of the newly wedded couple, Jenna Jaques and Jack Bailey (now Mr & Mrs Baily!). Both originally from the UK, Jenna and Jacks wedding was intimate, understated and classic all at the same time.

We are also loving the shot of Reverend Steve from the Jebel Ali Christ Church, what a character!  Below, photographers Ruta and Renee from The Studio, give us the low down on shooting this pretty beach wedding on the Al Qasr beach platform in Dubai.

Jenna and Jacks wedding was a wonderful day, not only was it situated on the stunning Al Qasr beach platform, but every element oozed class and style. The pair were from the UK, and had met in a nightclub 6 years ago and thats when their love story began…. It was obvious how in love this couple were, and how much love, support and happiness was shown from their close knit circle of family and friends. Jennas dress was beautiful and elegant… And Jack of course was stylishly handsome in a linen beige suit.

The bridesmaids and groomsmen all matched wonderfully, and it was obvious that they were all good friends and knew eachother well. They all looked so happy, like one big happy family!

The day was also structured and planned amazingly! This is always a great relief for the photographers and videographers, as we had planned our timeline down to the hour, and everything met schedule! There was no rush, and the flow of the day worked so well! Jennas mother Jackie, had planned the majority of the event, and you could tell how much time, love and effort had gone into making this wedding PERFECT for the couple.

Our favourite part of the day to photograph was the couple shoot on the beach, set against a beautiful sunset. We were lucky to have caught the sun at the right time which created an amazing atmosphere in the photos and we were so glad to have a chance to shoot Jenna and Jack who were flexible,calm and so in love!

We would like to Thank Jenna, Jack and all of their wonderful family and friends for letting us shoot their wedding! We hope that they will return to Dubai in the future, and consider us for any other events. We wish them many years of happiness x
