BCME are delighted to share with you this Arabian, with a modern Western twist, ‘styled shoot’ courtesy of Palmera Design & Events. The location for this charming shoot, Al Bait Hotel in Sharjah, is one of the UAE’s most historic landmarks. Its rooms, restaurants, spa, and wellness facility are incorporated into heritage buildings that are more than a century old.

A Note From The Wedding Planner
The theme of this styled shoot is to bring the wild tropics together with the calm heritage of an Arabian home. With a combination of the tranquil hues of the tropics, the venue’s beautiful stone walls, and the raw materials incorporated within the design of the tabletop decor, we managed to create a serene mix of the two themes. The use of old traditional objects such as the wooden stitching hoop with hand written calligraphy name tags ties in beautifully with the heritage feel we were aiming to create. The mix of exotic flowers and their tropical, yet subtle tones, added to the softness of the decor, complimenting the earthy colours of the wooden dining table, the olive green chairs and the delicately hand made rattan armchairs.Known as the country’s most ambitious restoration project, Al Bait Sharjah brings the history of the United Arab Emirates to life. Spread over two and a half acres, the resort prides itself in promoting its magnificent facilities, incorporated into heritage buildings and traditions of the country. The heritage resort is marked with a distinct theme, Emirati hospitality and aesthetics highlighted with a shadow of modern luxury to cater to the needs of modern travellers.
