I had a fantastic experience at pH7 Hair Academy and Salon during my TRUSS treatment. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the clean, light, and airy feel of the salon. Its sleek design created a calming atmosphere, and I was immediately offered water and a coffee, such a lovely touch. The service throughout was attentive and professional.

The consultation with my stylist, Marcos, was thorough, and he genuinely listened to my concerns particularly around my grey hair turning yellow due to the climate and frequent heat styling, along with general dryness. I felt heard and understood, which gave me confidence in the process.

After the shampoo, conditioner and treatment (10 minute, leave in), my hair felt noticeably lighter, softer, and smoother. There was an instant improvement in shine and manageability, and the cut added beautiful texture and flow. My hair looked refreshed and felt revived without being weighed down.

The only element I felt was missing during my visit was a proper head massage during the conditioning stage of the treatment, that would’ve been the icing on the cake!

I was recommended the TRUSS Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner, along with the Day by Day leave-in protector spray to help maintain the results at home, and was given some products to take away. Even though I am not blonde, these products were reccomended due to my grey hair and apparently work best for my hair colour and texture.

The TRUSS products smelled fresh but not overpowering, and my hair responded so well to styling afterwards. It held its shape, stayed smooth, and felt protected even after using heat tools.

The team clearly knows how to assess different hair types and tailor the treatment accordingly. I’d absolutely return for another session!
