Pretty in Pink | Indian Bridal Fashion Shoot 

It all started with a mood board full of creative inspiration from Indian bridal stylist Nisha Kundnani of Bridélan in India. Indian bridal attire needn’t always be red. This season, pink is trending and the colour has been all the rage on international and Indian runways. Here, we give a nod to the feminine hue that inspired Nisha to style this shoot on an isolated Mumbai beach.

This feminine hue is great for a fun beach wedding – just make sure everything else isn’t ultra-traditional and pink will look stunning. A touch of contemporary styling or a lighter Indian outfit are logical choices.

Pick a shade you love and that complements you. Many Indian women love hot pink and fuchsia, but opting for a softer, delicate shade of pink will make a big difference. While lots of Indian brides can pull off a vibrant shade of pink, others suit an understated, elegant look better. The hue should match your personality and complement your complexion.

Hair and makeup play a crucial role in your overall styling. For a beach wedding, updos don’t work as the wind will eventually make it look messy and you might be disappointed when you see the photos. It’s best to opt for natural, flowy romantic beach curls or wavy hair. And remember, less makeup is more.
